I RECIEVED THE WRONG ORDER OR I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY ORDER

In the rare occasion that products may have been mixed up or lost in transit, please email us at [email protected] with pictures of your order being wrong and we will work with you to solve the issue immediately.

 

RETURNS

Unfortunately because of the complexities with shipping, we do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS. We do not currently ship overseas but are in the process of making that an option for us.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are handmand to order so items can take 1-3 weeks to process before being shipped. You will recieve a tracking number to the email you used when placing the order with us. All items are dropped off at the post office 1-2 days after your tracking number is recieved.

I've entered the wrong address

If you mistakenly entered the wrong address please email us immediately at [email protected] so we can see if we can fix the issue. Once items are dropped off to USPS it is out of our hands and the customers responsibility to resolve the issue directly with USPS.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and use Stripe as a verification process.
